Meet Winston, an adorable pit bull that has developed some funny antics that will surely make you smile. You see, Winston has been surrounded by cats ever since he was adopted by Beth Clark, his owner. And right now, he kind of acts like one.
According to Beth, Winston has joined six cats who have been living in her home and since then, they had all bonded in such a loving way. He wasn’t around other fellow dogs as much and because he was with cats all day, he began to exhibit some cat-like traits. As proof, Beth posted a TikTok video of Winston which surprised a number of viewers.
In the video, Winston showed one certain behavior we all thought only cats can do – purring! Since he was raised with cats, he is able to purr when you pet him!
The cute video starts with Winston placing his head on Beth’s lap. His eyes are shut as he is enjoying how Beth is petting him on the forehead. After a few seconds, you can hear a gentle purr.
It’s just Winston making all that sweet purring sound! The pooch continues making purring sounds throughout the entire video. It seems he is fully at ease and is obviously cherishing every second with his human.
Beth recalls that it was when the dog was only four months old that she noticed him making these strange and odd sounds whenever she petted him. At first, she was puzzled but she quickly figured out what Winston was actually doing and it was indeed a vocal expression of contentment that he learned from his cat siblings.
The cute video has already garnered millions of views worldwide. It sure looks like a lot of viewers are as amazed as we are. Some people adored Winston while others were still confused by his cat-like mannerisms.
