Every dog loves to run and play, but some are definitely on the lazy side. It’s great to have a dog that we can watch Netflix and take naps with, right? Not to mention that lazy dogs are some of the cutest! Here are the top 5 laziest dog breeds to relax with after a long day.

 

#5: French Bulldog

Frenchies are extremely popular, incredibly cute, and while playful, they’re also sleepy. Exercise is important for any dog, but one of the things that limit the French Bulldog’s stamina is the fact that they’re prone to breathing problems. That’s why a lot of indoor time is valuable to them!

#4: Saint Bernard

Saint Bernard is big, beautiful, and as lazy as can be. They’re also very lovable! These gentle giants value quality time with their owners, and if that includes a day on the couch while it rains, that’s just fine with these guys/gals. Make sure your Saint Bernard has plenty of space for playtime

#3: Chow Chow

Chow Chows are not only appealing due to their fluffiness, but they’re gentle and quiet as well. They are not large dogs and don’t require a lot of exercises, making them ideal for apartment life. Who could resist these balls of fluff?

#2: English Bulldog

English Bulldogs are a beloved breed far and wide. Despite their looks (and popular belief), English Bulldogs are far from aggressive. Like the Frenchie, they also suffer from breathing problems, which is why exercise for them is limited. Beyond that, they’re just naturally lazy. And love to eat!
