Dogs certainly love showing their owners how much they love them. They often shower them with wet kisses and invite them to play outside. But what will happen if their owners reject their display of affection?
As it turns out, some dogs can be quite sassy. One dog has become viral after showing her feisty reaction to her owner who has rejected her kiss.
No kisses for now
In a video uploaded to TikTok, you could see a woman named Peaches filming herself in bed. Her dog Rosie, who was a cross between a Shiba Inu and a Springer Spaniel, went up to her to give her a lick on the face.
However, Peaches didn’t react. This obviously frustrated Rosie. As a result, the dog leaned forward and hit her owner with her paw. She was clearly commanding her owner to pay her attention.
In the caption, Peaches said that Rosie was having a major attitude.
The TikTok community is in stitches
The clip had gained lots of traction on TikTok since it was uploaded. Currently, it has more than 31 million views, 7.8 million likes, and 59K comments. The TikTok community’s sentiment was generally positive and cheerful.
One commenter said that Rosie had taken Peaches’ fake reaction seriously. Another chimed in, saying that the dog was probably asking why Peaches didn’t love her. A third commenter said that Rosie’s mad face said it all – Peaches would never get the chance to disrespect her again.
Someone even said that there was actually a human inside the dog. One TikTok user summed things up nicely. She said that it was crazy how animals were able to clearly express themselves as Rosie did, and people understood it.
