Dog Used As Bait Is Abandoned On The Streets, Gets Saved And Transforms Into A Lovable Animal

Dog Used As Bait Is Abandoned On The Streets, Gets Saved And Transforms Into A Lovable Animal

Joseph McNair November 25, 2022

I will never really understand how some individuals can treat animals so cruelly. There are still some people today who are capable of committing atrocities against dogs. One of these is dog fighting and it is an illegal and brutal activity that consistently angers many people.

Dog fighting is a prohibited practice that pits dogs against one another. There are people who enjoy betting on these bouts. One of the victims of this illicit activity is bait dogs.

A bait dog named Zombie was discovered abandoned by the side of the road. Both of Zombie’s front legs were bound together to prevent her from fleeing, and her mouth was also glued shut.

Zombie was transported to the nearest shelter, where her wounds were treated. On the same day that Zombie was brought to the shelter, a woman named Mikayla Hansen also visited the shelter.

Mikayla saw Zombie and could not believe what she was seeing. The dog’s injuries were so gruesome that Mikayla’s heart broke. The tape was tightly wrapped around Zombie’s legs, so her legs became misshapen. Mikayla felt compassion for the dog and chose to bring Zombie home.

Mikayla quickly realized that adopting Zombie was the best choice she had ever made. She had never encountered a more optimistic dog than Zombie, despite everything she has been through in her life. Mikayla discovered that Zombie’s malformed legs had no effect on his speed.

Zombie is still able to run, and she loves doing zoomies. Therefore, Mikayla let her run freely.

Mikayla observed that as time went by, Zombie’s legs became increasingly straight. After around six months, Zombie’s legs had returned to normal. Mikayla viewed this as a miracle because it happened without the need for surgery.

Additionally, Zombie’s fun and joyful personality began to emerge. She is a dog with a cheerful disposition that enjoys meeting new people and other pets. Despite her tragic past, Zombie still loves life and humans. Zombie has never allowed her past to influence what she is today.
